@MBonvoyAssist denied late checkout for tomorrow even though a titanium elite. And we are staying at a courtyard in San Antonio. Not a resort or convention hotel. Stand by your benefits. Never upgraded as titanium so you can at least do the small things right.

@j1194 @OneMileataTime @MarriottBonvoy @garyleff @JTGenter Titanium is almost almost worthless. Never upgraded. And now being denied today a late checkout even when guaranteed (except at a resort or convention hotel which is not my case today). They offered to hold my bags until 2pm. Gee thanks.
