When you scan the eSIM QR code with a scanner app (to analyze the data) it only contains the characters “LSA:” It is missing all the SM-DP+ information that should be in QR code. Nobody there seems to understand or care.
@vodacom@iPhoneZA why is it a near impossible task to activate @Vodacom eSim in SA on an iPhone 15 purchased in the US. I’ve been physically in your stores and as expected, no one has a clue on how to assist me. This shouldn’t really be an issue but here I am 3 weeks still…..
@MansaZo@Vodacom@Vodacom111 I have the same problem. Your QR codes used to have the value of the provisioning server "LPA:1$sm-v4-018-zaa-gtm.pr.go-esim.com$". Now that is absent and 082135 can't help.
@Vodacom111 Trying to do a SIM swap. Called 135 and got directed to Tobi. Followed the Tobi SMS prompts but got an error. I tried all other options on 135. How can I speak to a human that can help me please?
