When i went to MTN and Vodacom for both my contracts.
I gotta now go and do an eft with MTN and a store visit with Vodacom to pay my contracts

@anotherjoesoap Those fees were there right from the start - in our first Pricing Guide released Oct 2020. And we also clarify why they’re there - because every failed transaction triggers charges from external parties.

@SKCopernicus @MichaelJordaan From that account’s menu (3 dots bottom right on account tile), select Settings. There’s a copy icon next to your account details. Here you can also change your account tile image, and add relationship bankers to your account - worth checking out!

@talkcentss Ive been using it as my main account since 2023, support is top quality, ive never talked to a robot at @BankZeroSA
The fees are non existent, cheapest bank by far in SA.
The UI has some room for improvement, but if you are looking for a bank that does… banking. This is it.

Best decision we made with regards to business banking. We opened our business account with @BankZeroSA late December 2025, process was painless, onboarding quick. Card delivered to the office without any problems. A few questions I had was answered amazingly fast by Gugulethu. This lead to me moving my personal account to Bank Zero as well.
