@SimpleCRE Have worked with EJ advisors in the past as local chamber of commerce members. One told me once that their training period requires 75 door knocks a day for something like the first year, at least. If you can’t do that, you’re not cut out to work for them.

The Hilton Graduate line of hotels is a delight. They are in college towns and blend local kitsch with school pride. The East Lansing one is a mix of old-timey Michigan cabin with MSU sports glory. Highly recommended 👍🏼
