i just built a 24/7 AI video editor inside Claude Code
this was supposed to stay internal but f*ck it i'm leaking the whole thing..
you give it a reference video and your product info. it comes back with a finished AI UGC ad ready to post.
here's how it works:
the Higgsfield video analyzer MCP breaks down any winning ad you feed it. it pulls the structure, pacing, style, and timing from the reference so you're not guessing what made it work.
then a custom Claude skill takes that breakdown and generates all the video clips using Gemini Omni. which then it renders each scene, stitches them together, and adds captions all in one go.
you're not jumping between tabs or scrubbing timelines or waiting on editors anymore. the whole thing runs inside Claude and outputs a finished 9:16 ad
this is faster than any editor could ever do it and costs almost nothing to run..
i'm sharing the full video breakdown, which includes:
> the Higgsfield MCP setup for video analysis
> the custom Claude skill that handles generation and stitching
> the exact workflow for going from reference to finished ad
> how to batch this out at scale
RT + reply "EDITOR" and i'll send it over (must follow so i can dm)

If you're not doing this yet, you're leaving money on the table.
Animation-style ads are scaling fast — and with our new feature, making them is stupidly easy.
- Reference video
- Claude prompt
- Product image
- All for $1
Clones backgrounds, typography, zooms, cut rhythm, and pacing, then swaps in your product, your face, your voice.
I made a step-by-step guide on how to build these.

ChatGPT is officially better than Claude again.
I just built a new custom GPT trained on everything we've learned managing email for 300+ ecom brands and $250M+ in email revenue.
Stuff it does for you:
→ Writes full campaigns in your brand's voice
→ Builds out flow strategies from scratch
→ Plans a month of campaigns in minutes
→ Audits any email and tells you how to fix it
I spent weeks training this thing on our actual playbooks, data, and templates we use internally at my 90+ person agency so the output isn't generic AI slop.
Now it's yours for free.
Just:
1. Like this post
2. Reply "CUSTOM" And I'll send it over.

We've done $100M+ in sales
In just the last 12 months...
So I made a video.
10 lessons.
Such as:
Focus is overrated..
Numbers don't actually matter..
Speed compounds more than anything...
& 7 more.
Scaling to 8-9 figures?
Then this is a must watch.

Introducing iMessage video ads in Claude
We taught Claude to make iMessage video ads in one shot with a single skill.
These iMessage ads are absolutely killing it on Meta right now.
The skill teaches Claude to make a full video ad in one shot with iPhone frame, SFX, music, and end card.
And it's just HTML. It doesn't use any video generation models, so it's cheap!
Comment Goose below and I'll send you the skill.

@Seanfrank 20x debt to EBITDA, they are BK if they can’t increase EBITDA 10x asap, which they can’t so they are likely BK

talked to a brand.
60m+ in revenue. 1m in adjusted ebitda.
20+ million in wayflyer debt.
wanted to get my opinion on how to refinance it.
the daily payments are killing them.
see, wayflyer gets paid first, right out of shopify.
they take their daily rate, every day, no matter what.
he says it is strangling the biz.
they cant buy inventory, they cant invest in marketing.
wants a new lender to come in and buy the debt and then establish a more normal payment schedule.
I told him-
you are probably stuck with wayflyer
you might hate the terms. they might feel predatory
but NO ONE wants to loan a break even ecom brand tens of millions of dollars.
ecom brands are asset light. great to get started. horrible to underwrite.
as much as you hate the ecom lenders, they are the only people showing up to lend you anything.
why do people use cash advance places?
thats what they have access too
welcome to ecom

this telehealth company hit $1.8B with 2 people by selling d*ck pills with fake AI UGC doctors:
the all-mighty MEDVI
it ended with an FDA class-a lawsuit, a New York Times front page, and platform bans across the board.
but hey their methods were pretty cracked
so today i’ll be breaking down the ENTIRE clinical avatar arbitrage playbook behind their $400M run rate
including the legitimate version that doesn't end with federal regulators involved...
here's what's inside:
> the authority psychology framework that explains why AI-generated doctors converted better than real ones in health advertising (the neurological mechanism that makes this work in every high-trust category, not just health)
> the three-step production system MEDVI used to generate synthetic medical presenters, localize them across demographics and languages, and manufacture social proof through sheer volume
> the exact line between legal AI spokesperson advertising and what MEDVI did to cross into fraud (most brands don't know where it is)
> the legitimate version of clinical avatar arbitrage: three proven approaches that extract the same trust mechanism without fabricating credentials
> the cross-category breakdown of how authority-based AI UGC applies to SaaS, DTC, finance, and professional services, not just health
all reverse-engineered from a real $400M case study with real regulatory consequences.
like + comment "MEDVI" and i'll send EVERYTHING your way

We scaled our supplement brand to $3M/month with MRR
$35M+ run rate this year
30k+ subscribers
77.7% margins
I put our entire strategy into one doc + a 30 min video
I covered:
- the MRR model that pays you even when your ads are off
- outscaling your competitors
- the creative engine behind every winning ad
- how to actually scale past $1M/month
- the payment processors nobody's using yet
& more

Spoiled Child went from $48M in their first year to $250M in 2025.
All while selling collagen supplements, one of the most saturated
categories on Meta.
After breaking down their 716 ads from the last 30 days, I
mapped out the exact playbook they're running to scale in a
stage-5 market.
Inside the breakdown:
- The age-reveal celebrity format their top-performing ads share
- The 3 buyer personas hidden in their creative strategy
- The "E27" mechanism trick that lets them differentiate in a commodity category
- What they're missing that could 2x their scale

The #1 MISTAKE every brand makes with a quiz funnel is cloning one
Take Mad Muscles, they've probably spent close to 9figs alone on their quiz
team dedicated to split testing everything...
However Gruns is a perfect candidate & ticks all the boxes of what we look for
✅ Strong framing
✅ Mid length for data collection
✅ Profile assessment
I mapped out the entire quiz as well as what elements make each step work

I’m 33.
I’ve done $80M with affiliates.
Here’s how I made it:
100 creators posting 30 times each = 3,000 pieces of content every month.
• Pay 20-25% commission.
• Add an $800-$1k retainer.
• Repost winners as ads.
• Gamify with leaderboards.
No agency. No marketing team.
Just a machine that prints content.
Used this exact strategy to bootstrap my brand to $100M in 3 years.
Comment ‘SYSTEM’ below and I’ll personally walk you through building one for your brand.
