@Aetna is now routinely denying my patients total shoulder replacements for severe osteoarthritis and inflammatory arthritis if we don't supply physical therapy notes documenting these visits. Anyone else noticed this? @ASESmembers @AANAORG @AOSSM_SportsMed @AAOS1
