@TrueGradient @ChrisO_wiki I don't think Iran care about the long term. They really are into quick measures both to hurt their adversaries and get some cash at the same time.

@ChrisO_wiki Iran is making the same mistake as the US: overextension. Charging $2M per ship looks like a flex and easy money today, but it only incentivizes future backlash and search for alternatives.

1/ Iran is seeking to establish a pay-to-sail regime in the Strait of Hormuz, under which it could earn over a quarter of a billion dollars a day. A senior member of the Iranian parliament says that vessels seeking to transit the strait will be charged $2 million each time. ⬇️

❗️The 🇺🇸United States has bypassed the 🇨🇭Swiss "freeze" on payments for the Patriot system by simply redirecting funds from the F-35 budget through a joint military sales fund. More than 100 million CHF has already been transferred, which now forces Switzerland to close new gaps in F-35 payments. Swiss officials described the situation as "very unsatisfactory" and stated that it "undermines trust" in American defense agreements

@JayinKyiv Lmao 🤣 as Zelensky is now begging in Saudi Arabia. The US and the Middle East have a pact, South America and the US are booting the globalists out. Trump is making deals in Asia and Africa. Europe and Ukraine have become irrelevant.

@Twee_Papillon There has been a lot of scare-crowing recently from what looks or are Ukrainian accounts. At the same time we started to hear a lot about Narva in Estonia. It really seems like an orchestrated attempt to create panic in Baltic states.

And it turns out everything is simple: find a few details and say it was a Ukrainian drone 🤦🏼‍♀️No one asks why it deviated, why it flew so low over Lithuania, or why it was there at all 🧐 Still, I’m glad the Lithuanian 🇱🇹 institutions are continuing the investigation.

@Twee_Papillon No one is blaming Ukraine FFS. The message is clear: it was likely an Ukrainian drove diverted from its route by electronic warfare. Plus, any damage caused is 100% on russians as they have started this war.

First, a drone falls in Lithuania. Then, the irresponsible claim it was Ukrainian. Today in Latvia and Estonia. And I already hear voices saying, “Ukrainian drones.” Damn, I don’t understand how this works in your heads if you still don’t see what evil is. Pic just for thought👇

Israel just released footage of last night's attack on South Lebanon where they demolished an entire town. After getting away with genocide, Israel is emboldened and openly bragging about their war crimes. They are stealing South Lebanon right now and no one is stopping them.

⚠️ “Attack on Narva” — Russian state TV is now saying it out loud Propaganda in Russia is openly discussing a strike on Narva — a town on the border with Estonia. The goal is stated clearly: “to destroy NATO and break Europe’s will.” At the same time, viewers are being told that the West supposedly won’t respond. This is exactly how the invasion of Ukraine was justified in 2022 — and back then, many didn’t believe it would actually happen. We all know how that turned out.

❌ Russian oil exports through Baltic Sea ports have been completely halted, - Reuters. The drone strike on the Leningrad Region, the largest since the start of the war and involving at least 60 drones, has halted both Baltic ports—Primorsk and Ust-Luga.

@Billbrowder Also no one forgot the whole "you have no cards" humiliation. It is a good time to demonstrate that Ukraine has some cards. Weapon supplies are drying up anyways with focus on the Iran. The only thing that would hurt now is stopping of intel sharing and Starlink shut down. -->

It feels to me like the gloves are off. Although we will not know what was going on behind the scenes, I suspect Ukraine had moderated their attacks on Russia in response to pressure from Trump. With him being totally consumed by the war with Iran, Ukraine now seems to be uninhibited in using their firepower on Russian economic targets
Yaroslav Trofimov@yarotrof

Ukraine, meanwhile, tries to limit Russia’s windfall from rising oil prices. Ukrainian drones struck overnight the oil export terminal port of Primorsk on the Baltic Sea, near St. Petersburg.

@GatesNicolas @NOELreports The real problem is that there is no capacity in missile production to compensate for such a wasteful use of interceptors. Simply throwing money at a factory does not yield new missiles.

@Ldnbox On a well designed system, sysadmins should not be able to see the data content at all. Even though they should be able to manage databases, i.e. move stuff around, read metadata, actual records are meant to be seen just by the owners of said data.
