Most replies are about Suvendu Adhikari & how he's Brahmin as well. This is itself the wrong way,appeasing someone who supports a politician merely on basis of caste by saying that the counterpart is also of your caste.What if Suvendu wasn't?Then support to Mamta was justifiable?

BJP during Atalji and Advani era created a strong second line of leadership- Mahajan, Shivraj, Raman Singh, Vasindhra, Sushma, BSY, Naidu, etc.
Result was absolute chaos where everyone was trying to fight for the top job or control.
As most of the political and leaders have done in past - never create too much chaos in the second line of leadership. Keep it short and clear.
Also the universe doesn’t like vacuum- someone will rise up to fill the void (if a void is ever created).
Post Obama win in 2008, every thought GOP was done - Trump came out of nowhere. Post Trump win in 2016, Democratic leadership was empty. Today people can’t put a finger on a Democrat candidate - the vacuum will always get filled.
Post Rajiv, PVNR and Sitaram, Congress leadership was done. Sonia came and filled the vacuum.
The party has to stay together - that’s the only important thing. RSS will ensure that. Leaders will come and go.
