@brambletale Thank you — happy you're enjoying it! These are section titles (Acrostics, Fantasy, etc.). Amazon wouldn't let me style them any other way to make them stand out.

I am tired of being told that a good book will find its readers. Nothing finds anything. Readers find books that were put in front of them. The rest just sit there, being good. Here, this is my attempt at putting a good book in front of readers. Now show me yours. 🫶🏻

Sometimes I feel like a massive failure. And then I remind myself that I wrote two whole-ass books in 3 years, and I realise that success doesn't have to mean a 6 figure book deal with a Big Five publisher. Success is setting a goal and sticking to it. (🧵1/2) #writingcommunity

Just printed out my manuscript. It feels surreal to hold it in my hands. 242 pages. Just over 60,000 words. 8 months of my life. When you write digitally, you never truly grasp how much you’ve written until you see it in physical form.

@brambletale @SDDonovan Hehe.....I'm writing currently in first person present. And it's magnificent 😄 There's plenty being published today that's pretty popular as first person present too. So I think YOU are right. People clearly read it and enjoy it when it's done well.

Is there a POV that you have trouble reading or just don't enjoy as much?
