Keurig refuses to acknowledge or replace my coffee maker that was under warranty. It burned my fingers. Burned a hole in my rug and caused my counter top to discolor. I’ve written countless times. To which they’ve ignored. Maybe if @Keurig sees they will honor my warranty.
