#1. you can’t sell a stupid idea. “Oh marketing is so hard” no it’s not. you’re selling a low tier, easy replicable idea. plus you’re an idiot

HOW NOT TO MAKE AVOCADO TOAST
-slice the avocado instead of mashing it
-use the driest bread ever, or a really thick one
-(if you choose to boil, I don’t recommend) boil an egg without seasoning it well…
well, I have strong thoughts on this:
I love avocado toast and I think it’s one of those things where you can be really creative and show what your restaurant is about. and if you’re not creative, then you should lean on good ingredients.
for example, I think Cafe Valencia in NYC has one of the best avocado toast. using a creative base is the key, they use borek. If you’re not doing that, you should have an insane bread (I think croissants can be a great base too)
you can also use pesto, basil, interesting tomato mixes… but don’t forget, it all starts with a good base.

"AI will cure cancer within 5 years!"
Ahem - clinical trials?
"AI will reverse ageing within 7 years!"
Cool - clinical trials?!
"AI will be able to design and immediately synthesise a new drug for you, based on your DNA."
Haha sure - clinical trials??!
Guess the tech bros have decided that decade-long clinical trials are no longer important to AI drug discovery or wider pharmacology.
But it seems to come from a place of ignorance about basic pharmacology.
Do they not read up on basic facts, before confidently commenting on other peoples' fields of research?
