@dhlexpressuk Well it arrived in the end. You sent a text message saying it would be delivered between 13:07 to 14:07 and then your driver rocked up the door at 11:25 with my parcel labeled "next day" 1st April. Delivered today, 8th April. You're worse than Evri.

Hey @dhlexpressuk, you’ve had my parcel since 2nd April and getting it delivered has turned into a full-time hobby. Delayed because of non-working days, fair enough… but today is a working day and it still didn’t arrive. We waited in all day for fresh air and disappointment.

Dear @WayfairUK and @dhlexpressuk, if “out for delivery” now means “briefly looked at a van and then went back to the depot,” just say that. We stayed in all day for nothing. At this point the parcel is basically a myth.

@MelanieHoskin @TNLUK It is terrible. I generally always buy at least one line by direct debit for every Lotto and Euromillions and then top it up with a few tickets on each draw. The old app used to organise them by draw. Now it organises them by date purchased. It makes it hard work finding them now

@brettman @TNLUK What's worse is when they've now done the draw, I have matched two numbers and they are highlighted but ticket says No winning matches ticket finished.

@TNLUK I need a little help understanding your new app! Two tickets, one draw, the one paid by DD seems active. But the one paid for by card says I have no winning matches this time, like draw has already taken place. It's very confusing.

@brettman We're aware of a display issue on advance play tickets, which is currently showing 'no matches' for tickets entered into future National Lottery draws. Please be assured that all tickets are entered into the correct draw (s) and all prizes will be paid. ^Lou

And I can't see the tickets I bought for this week's drawers either. This is an absolute mess. I've been a customer of yours for 32 years, this is horrendous.

What the actual fuck @TNLUK since your update my monthly direct debit increased from £36 a month to £400. I'm half way through deleting all of the old tickets you've reinstated. And this weeks tickets aren't created. You can shove your pay by DD up your arse.

@TNLUK Are going to help or do I need to write to your CEO and involve the media?

@TNLUK Tickets I bought last week have been deleted by you. And you reinstated every single previous ticket from my Direct Debit plays. So my monthly payments have increased from £40 to £50 a month to £420 a month. This is a shit show.
