@WayfairUK please stop using DHL eCommerce. I now have original and replacement products just sat at their depot, the replacement was scheduled for today and hasn't been loaded on a van. It's been two weeks since the original was meant to be delivered. Can't contact them at all

@WayfairUK I spoke to someone and was told that there is no way for them to find out when it might be delivered and if it’s not delivered by 11 May then to contact the customer service team. This just isn’t good enough - I need a confirmed delivery date or some concrete update please

@WayfairUK terrible experience with my order , only 2 boxes turned out of 3 , boxes labeled as 1 of 3 & 3 of 3 , but no 2 of 3 , spoke to 2 agent via text and also on the phone and both insisted that my order was complete and I had nothing missing , guess what box 2 turned up 😡

Dear @WayfairUK and @dhlexpressuk, if “out for delivery” now means “briefly looked at a van and then went back to the depot,” just say that. We stayed in all day for nothing. At this point the parcel is basically a myth.

Hey @dhlexpressuk, you’ve had my parcel since 2nd April and getting it delivered has turned into a full-time hobby. Delayed because of non-working days, fair enough… but today is a working day and it still didn’t arrive. We waited in all day for fresh air and disappointment.
