@brewyxd @CatMiella Yeah was diagnosed a few months ago just waiting on meds, trying to implement good healthy habits but the only coping mechanism that works for me is body doubling nowadays (i do this for the gym chores everything lol)

Today was my first time trying ADHD Meds I streamed, and while playing League it seemed to had no Impact I was so depressed and went to bed, just wanting to watch YT I couldn't, I just had to clean my entire apartment I cleaned Stuff I couldn't for 6 Months, 0 Effort Wtf. xd

@adamfare1996 Its definitely a choice. Because if somebody is addicted to drugs or alcohol, there's always a reason why they do it. it becomes an illness when they cannot live without it.
