First standard. First culture. First example. They didn’t join a program. They created one. Respect. ✊🫡

Development. Coaching. Offers. A lot promise it. Few deliver it. If you’re good enough for UAA, 3SSB, EYBL, Pro16 — and will play — go be great. But if you’re considering a 2nd/3rd tier shoe team or another independent program… Is it there ability to develop and get offers or is it the patch? Very few produce year-over-year development + real offers. We do. That’s not debate. That’s production. 1 more @PSBCharlotte Elite prospect workout next Sunday. Then tryouts.
