Assistant coach Brice Evans indicated that the Mustang girls are excited about taking on the Raiders in the semis on Monday. Brice missed East’s championship run last year, but he’s heard stories about it.

Mighty Mustangs beat Mount Pleasant girls 49-43. Lily Kluttz taking charge with a career best 24 points.

North Iredell 56, East Rowan 34 a girls final. Bristol Smith led Mustangs with 12. Lily Kluttz 8. Mariah Lawing and Ivy Oglesby 7.
