Hard enough landing on @AmericanAir flight 3310 tonight my overhead bin came open. Pilots fled immediately after parking and jet went dark with 2/3rd of passengers still on board. No pilots to switch ground power back on. Thanks Gentlemen.

On day 3 @3:00pm did the 3rd party logistics contractor prioritize my delivery (since it was still mid-afternoon) and have the employees travel the +/- 20 miles to make it right? Nope.
