After thinking about it more, I believe this robot is performing these tasks fully autonomously.
The "reaching for his headset" movement is always exactly the same, and in the context of reaching further, meaning it has to lift its arm to avoid hitting the metal chute.
There are other instances where the the robot has a seizure and resets, but this is the worst it will ever be. I'm a fan of new technology, and I admire them for testing publicly.
This might be a very simple task, but it took Tesla years to get FSD to be as good as it is today! These things take time.
