@zdch @gsbanksupport Had the same issue with @boostmobile They told me a refund for an errant charge was impossible. So I went with a new carrier. Bad customer service is such a huge turnoff.

@gsbanksupport The last customer service guy I was on the phone with told me it was impossible to help me, after confirming, quote, “it is not possible to do anything about this”, so I already cancelled my card. So I’m not sure what you can do here unless he was lying.

Just ended my seven-or-something-year relationship with @AppleCard by @GoldmanSachs over their insistent refusal to negotiate *one* interest charge spurred by a technical error that I corrected the instant I was notified. Insane to compare that experience to eg @AmericanExpress.
