@TimCPeel20 Minor hockey is about the players, not the refs. The fact that organizations can’t hold horrible refs accountable is wrong & creates this build up of frustration behind the scenes We need a way for everyone to sit down & work on improving our reffing instead of shutting it down

This is exactly why we are losing young officials every year. Parents are the #1 problem. Great role model mom🤦‍♂️
