@CoolComicArt I dont love this but I do wonder if the whole top block of some of these were just giant bits of white page/gutter. It would feel designed and more integrated that way and I thought could be cool. Goldfish and Jinx both do some interesting integrations that makes it feel right

Recently re-read a run of comics I enjoyed immensely as a younger reader and upon 2nd reading I realized that these big info dumps and zippy back and forths don’t do it for me anymore. I blurred the art a little just to keep it as a general point of the eye sore info dumps

On a personal note, I remember going to the Vertigo "wake" years ago, when DC closed the imprint. I was nobody, so I wasn't invited, just knew people who knew people. And now I get to help usher in a new version of it, and that's pretty cool.
