@jacobin Regardless of the tattoo and awful posts, Platner was picked by insiders on the basis of an advocacy video that he had made. He's a commercial pitchman/figurehead being fed his campaign by Fetterman's former PR team. All optics and no substance. That's the ultimate problem.

Free advice for Dems:
A) There are other viable Democratic candidates to flip that senate seat.
