Today marks 16 years since the Supreme Court put a price tag on our democracy with the disastrous Citizens United vs. FEC decision. The ruling fundamentally changed our campaign finance system by opening the floodgates to unlimited and undisclosed money in our elections.

This is what kleptocracy looks like: Last year, Meta gave Trump $25 million to settle a bogus lawsuit & $1 million for his inauguration. This year, Trump gave Meta an $8 billion tax break lowering its tax rate to -23% this quarter. That's a pretty good return on investment.

Trump fired the ethics watchdogs that oversaw the executive branch so he could enrich himself without facing accountability. Congressional Republicans, who turn a blind eye to Trump's corrupt crypto schemes, have no problem with him using the presidency to get richer.

Trump gets richer while working families struggle to get by thanks to his disastrous decision making. He is the most corrupt President in history. Period.
