Amatica has taken the clear lead, but I'll give a plug for single cell immune profiling. Hoping that we'll get more donations so we can do both. ;) We did single cell immune profiling for the @remissionbiome pilot, so I have baseline data to compare to. We found that expression went down in over 20 genes in classical monocytes during antibiotics and for months afterwards, including CCL4, which is related to inflammation. By doing the testing for Innovation Inn we could see how my current baseline, 2 years later, compares and look at how it changes during PEM. Would it go the opposite direction? It’s not the unvaccinated who are suddenly passing away or being diagnosed with turbo cancer. The pattern is clear. Many of those affected proudly announced their boosters and often criticized those who chose not to comply. Their own words and bios tell the story. The evidence is right there for anyone willing to look, yet the denial continues.

‼️ Whopper of a heat dome coming, and that’s no exaggeration! In all aspects: size, longevity, and especially intensity this will be extreme. The heat dome should shatter all-time records for upper level pressure in the Northern Plain States. Actual Temperatures (not heat index) in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota could hit 110° in spots! The heatwave will peak Sunday through Wednesday.
