This New Era Flyers rebuild vs both Buffalo & CBJ and their remarkable turnarounds. The 2 GMs I wanted the Flyers to hire : Bill Zito and Yarmo Kekalainen. 2 cups for Zito and the latter is kicking ass in Buffalo. Both built CBJ.
Briere needs this offseason. Cmon already.

These constant videos and exchanges from the HOA ilk give me great trepidation of retiring in one of these communities. I have zero patience for old, nosy wrinkled busy bodies who have nothing better to do with their time than to stick their nose in on everything.

The Clubhouse Karen— This guy is the florist/landscaper for the clubhouse. He sees a couple, and the woman is trying to get into his lockbox to use the key his company uses. He confronts her, and she doesn’t like it. She sends her husband home to get their key, but when the florist enters the clubhouse, her husband tries to follow right after him even though he tried to shut the door. Karen spends the next several minutes berating the guy while he’s trying to do his job. He has a lot more patience than I do.

@JN21560 Uncle Joe was my dad’s twin brother and a TV RM. Joanne was his first wife. I was more familiar with his 2nd wife Angela. But yes , they lived in CH. And While I know Of his sons Nick, Vincent and Ryan, I’m closest with his daughter Maria and sadly her late sister Lucianna.
