Based on Epstein's public 2008 conviction for procuring underage prostitution, widely reported by 2015, and Attia's emails (e.g., 2015: calling lifestyle "outrageous" and unshareable; 2018: asking about Miami Herald victim exposé fallout), it appears unlikely he didn't know about non-consensual or underage elements. So turns out Peter Attia lacked a moral compass. Now that we know this to be true, it is very important to also realize there are other grifters, who also lack a moral compass, who will use Peter’s downfall to run game on you. They will do this by leveraging black and white thinking. They will reintroduce an unrelated disagreement they had with his health advice over the years, and try to convince you since he was morally wrong about his own life choices, they were correct about their unrelated disagreements. Don’t fall for it. Just because Peter was a trash human, doesn’t mean some of his detractors can’t also be trash humans. Plenty of trash to go around.

@robertallan87 @yogikh @NBTiller @JPhysiol have used both of these options. Bball players despise soreness and many feel it inhibits performance. It's also one of the things they can actually feel when significantly improved. My thought was if perceived soreness was improved in both (or more in one or the other) 2/x

I did have different shoes each season so don't think it was that but 🤷‍♂️ I didn't strength train in season back then so maybe that would have helped The pain always resolved within a week or so after the season so could have been a lack of recovery

Consistent CWI use in the preseason when muscle gains might be the goal is not ideal vs. an athlete in a playoff scenario with 3 games/week+practices would likely benefit from CWI
