别说了，太扎心了。其实crypto VC的GP也是个非常愚蠢的职业，非常喜欢指挥投资经理去看赛道和推项目，从AI Agent到DeSci，写了三个星期的研报发到X上，然后赛道🈚️了，复盘感觉整个行业掌握在手中，就差一个百倍ca了。圈外人问起币圈，特朗普对BTC政策下一步干嘛他都知道，但是三不五时被人透露点[大户最近要解锁SOL了]又切换二级thesis了，赶快卖掉。

我觉得在 Crypto + 信用卡之后的大趋势是 Crypto + eSIM，应该有团队开始做了吧？ 有这么一些优势： 1. 旅游用户需要，之前需要实体卡，现在只需要eSIM。这是个现实世界的场景，并且需求极大。 2. 支付可以用稳定币实现。 3. 可以在用户管理 eSIM 的 App 中植入一些 Crypto 钱包的场景（可选，不是必须的）。 4. eSIM 还能自带 VPN 或者梯子。 推广上： 1. 可以与在 Crypto 大会或开源黑客松主办方处设置展位或冠名赞助，或者直接在机场直接送，用手机扫码激活，送一周基本流量，需要充值就用钱包和 Crypto 支付。 挑战： 1. 目前就针对中国市场的手机没有 eSIM 功能。可能几年后也会开放这个功能。 2. 电信运营资质在各个国家都很高，不过应该高不过银行吧，而且现在还是有很多虚拟运营商的，可以先合作。

@jason_chen998 @drakefjustin 以太坊为了发展生态而让利给众多的L2，但是在经济模型上并没有为ETH holder打造可以和L2们长期共赢增长的机制，这可能是大家失望的点吧。

现在正在进行的这场Space应该是以太坊生态的一次集体性自救大会，几乎有头有脸的项目尤其是L2们全部参加了，应该是由@drakefjustin 牵头组织起来的，商讨如何通过转型Based/Native Rollup，解决以太坊流动性割裂、L1与L2利益冲突等一系列问题，你能很明显的感觉到以太坊基金会也存在非常大的割裂，Vitalik和Aya的管理层/务虚派和基金会的开发者研究员以及一众生态项目的牛马层/实战派。 另外很高兴@puffer_finance @puffer_unifi 成为Based Rollup的重要参与者！

行业对“叙事”的依赖已病入膏肓。叙事成了空壳，产品是 Deck 或 Fork，用户是推特粉，增长是机器人冲量，运营是 KOL 站台，数据是后端手填。真干实事的成了傻子，最聪明的那帮人只想着换个故事去募资、上所、骗钱。 一个连业务模式都没有的项目，天天吹“叙事”。那么 Web3 就不是互联网升级，而是金融诈骗升级。真正的好项目，看的不是推特口号，而是可持续增长、真实用户和收入模型。靠叙事堆起来的泡沫，终有破灭的一天，烦死这帮天天把“叙事”挂嘴边的项目和投资人了。
