Shaun’s mission is rooted in equity and empowerment, giving underrepresented creatives the tools to succeed in a competitive digital world. We are pleased to announce the installation of our glass display case at @IFlyOAKland, a tribute to the mission, creativity, and community behind @BRIDGEGOOD. For us, this moment is deeply personal. It’s not just a display; it’s our story, our students, and our values being shared with the world. Over 13 million travelers will pass by this case and see the power of design for social good, created by and for underrepresented creatives right here in Oakland. This installation is a symbol of what happens when opportunity, purpose, and community come together. It gives visibility to the young people we serve: students of color, first-gen college attendees, community college creatives, whose work often goes unseen. Now, their ideas are front and center in one of the Bay Area’s busiest and most influential spaces. We are incredibly grateful to the @PortofOakland for their partnership, and to our generous supporters including @WellsFargo, @Adobe, and @Comcast for helping us keep our programs tuition-free and accessible. Thank you to our Board of Directors, our staff, volunteers, and extended @BRIDGEGOOD family for making this possible. This milestone belongs to all of us.
