Just got 2 "bot" LinkedIn email templates from the same company. I am pretty sure I will never do business with them as they have annoyed me. How did that work out for you? You thought you were clever & productive but you were just annoying and lost your voice with me.

@ciaccelerate That is a much longer conversation than can take place via Twitter. In a nutshell, before you expand to a new market validate it by having real time conversations with as many buyers you believe fit your Ideal Customer Profile as possible. "Real time/real world" conversations.

@HackItMax Welcome to the world of home ownership where too many people get a vote. Sometimes democracy is not a good thing. Trust me it gets worse if they are retired and have nothing else to do. I speak from experience on that one.

Never been in an HOA before now but this needs to be a TV show on ABC or something. Nobody gets along and there are so many different types of personalities. Can totally see it in that primetime spot for an 8-year run.

@Kazanjy I would say there is a training opportunity there but, based on past experience, they think they are doing you a favor by reaching out in any context. Just sayin....

In this market the VC associates are having to learn how to SDR and they are *awful* at it.
