@virginmedia please please sort out broadband in Wantage & Grove (OX12) more permanently. Three days in the last week with very intermittent connectivity. Local Facebook group is lit up with angry messages.

@virginmedia ox127dh broadband going up and down the past week. Lots of “Lost MDD Timeout” messages on router. VM support bot keeps putting me through to mobile support :-(

Same - no contact, no available customer services. Went into the Oxford store today. Their solution - web chat. That doesn’t work either! They can’t even call head office as they “have gone home by now” (11am!). Terrible!
