@British_Airways I havent received any confirmation that my complaint was submitted succesfully, so i cant check on anything via that link. Receiving an email confirmation from BA is the minimum you should have been able to manage

@British_Airways 8 hours on a flight from Mauritius with no electricity/lighting/entertainment/food/pitch black toilets with a tired and hungry 2 year old child and all we get is a generic apology email for not serving breakfast!? Not acceptable! BA2064 May 5th

4 months without use of my car after a @Tesco van hit it and drove off, and Tesco refuses to accept any responsibility for how long their repair contractor, Sopp & Sopp has taken, or offer any compensation for THEIR drivers' actions. Never using Tesco again.

@Tesco In DMs, @Tesco now claiming they can't help me at all as this is now with their insurers. They can't ask them to speed this up, cant ask the warehouse to speed up providing info, cant provide me with the VRM to pass to police or my insurer. Thanks for your 'help'

@Tesco On Dec 19th, my parked car got hit by one of your vans (we have a witness) who caused serious damage, but not getting any help from you because we don't have a license plate. Pretty awful service when its your driver who broke the law by driving off. Help please!!

@Tesco It's been 4 weeks since the collision and 8 days since Tesco acknowledged they had identified the vehicle. It shouldn't take this long. I would also like the VRM to be shared with me so I can refer this incident to the police.
