Gmailテンプレート拡張機能のBriskineを愛用しているのだけど新規追加したテンプレが選択できず、Briskineからサインアウトしたらサインインできなくなって超焦った FWやアンチウイルスソフトを無効にしろって言われても管理者じゃないとオフに出来ねーのよ

@mesch Hi @mesch! You probably copy-pasted the template from somewhere else, so you can use the Clear Formatting button in the editor to clean-up the template html - which could be causing the issue. Please reach out at support@briskine.com if that doesn't fix it.

Hi @briskineapp, While replying an email, if I use a shortcut to add a template, it adds a new line before the template that I have to manually delete. Would you fix that bug please? thank you! I love your app.

The new Briskine for Chrome version (with the bug fixes) has just been approved on the Chrome Web Store. 🎉 If you're still seeing any issues: open the Extensions page (under Chrome menu → More tools), Enable Developer Mode, and press Update.

@tambariensis Hi there, sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to clear your browser cache and log in again? If that doesn't fix it, please also try reinstalling the Briskine extension. That should clear any leftover log in data that might be causing the issue.

@briskineapp Hi, very recently the app hasn’t allowed me to go further than this page after I click the sign-in icon at the top-right of a Gmail writing window. My Chrome on Mac and the app are up-to-date. Dashboard works independently and it allows me to see/edit the contents.

@truthtellerGB Hi, sorry about the delays. We're hoping to release support for showing the bubble on other websites sometime in July. Attachment support will come soon after that - August/September. You can still open the dialog with "Ctrl+Space" on Google Groups right now.

@briskineapp Hello :) Any news on the above update we can’t role it out to my company until we can use templates in Google My Groups. Do you have an ETA otherwise, we would need to look for an alternative solution as your offering outside of GMAIL inbox is not useful.

@briskineapp will your app and bubble be ever supported for google groups (same system a gmail)? Currently only shortcut works but no email attachment even though it’s the same layout and system as gmail.
