💧 Building a stronger water network for the future 🛠️ We’re investing £66 million over the next four years to upgrade pipes, water treatment works and reservoirs across the region. This will mean: ✅ Fewer interruptions ✅ Reduced leaks ✅ Better resilience to climate change, including hotter summers and heavier rainfall ✅ Keeping up with a growing population ✅ Cleaner, more efficient water treatment With 130 miles of pipe set to be replaced and major upgrades planned – with some already underway – this work will help ensure a clean, safe and reliable water supply for years to come. 💙
