@EE your Customer Service set up is dreadful, not the actual people you deal with but the policy as a whole. Your AI chatbot is beyond useless. I have a faulty Smart Hub that I need replaced as my WiFi keeps dropping out and feel like moving away from EE over last few months.

My son's Xbox account got hacked, lost all his games and subscription to game pass. MS response was basically too bad, go set up new account. Could learn from Steam.

@holidayinn £20 for dough balls and chicken burger, reheated in the microwave and solid in places. Don't expect the best food but edible would be good! A McChicken sandwich would have been better prepared. Not good at all. At least my beer was cold.

@AmazonUK Yes it's busy this time of year for delivery drivers. But last 2 days, parcels delivered with presents in. Yesterday @dpd_uk parcel was just dumped over my front gate, left outside and today 2 parcels left in front of porch in the rain. Porch listed as drop off point.

@amazon give people the option to use the whole screen for widgets on the show devices. I disabled all your BS ads that show on the device I paid for. It was advertised to fulfil a need. Clock takes up 1/3 of the screen that could be used for useful tools!

This is unacceptable for a company of Google’s size. Customers deserve transparency and proper escalation. Google complaints procedure a joke, send you round and round hoping you'll give up or die before someone has to do their job.

1. Oct: Activated trial → charged immediately. 2. Nov: Charged again while abroad, trial cancelled, services disrupted. 3. Escalated to “Thom” excuses, no resolution. 4. Told escalation could go no further.

Purchased a Pixel 9 Fold Pro. Instead of a free trial they offered, was charged twice, my trial cancelled while abroad, disrupting email and photo backup. Support useless excuses and refused escalation beyond one agent.@Google @madebygoogle @GoogleUK @GooglePlay @financialombuds

Amazing service from @ubereats_uk, driver spilt drinks and dropped food all over floor at 8am, it's now 2.45pm and no reply to my message. Over £20 worth of food wasted, 3 people who then missed breakfast and nothing!!! Please sort out ASAP and refund. PM for order details.

@Google customer service is possibly the most pathetic excuse for service in the world. Regularly upgrade my phone, then get told I cannot have the 12 month trial to Google One which was offered with my new phone as a $350B a year company can't run their own system.

@Google can someone explain why you have now taken 2 months money when it should be a trial. Your agent said he could only refund the first payment if I cancelled my trial and assured me I wouldn't get charged again. Surprise, surprise you have charged me another £19.

@McDonalds Just a suggestion, I travel all over the country for work and often have to stop to grab a quick bite to eat. So often machines out of paper and I have to get staff to reprint receipt. If you followed KFC and had a digital receipts option via app or qr code, it would be good.

@argos, I have a faulty Caso Design hot water dispenser, bought 5 months ago that has small bits of plastic trim flaking off into drinks. Can I return this to the store for an exchange? I have tried your website, but get page not found and your virtual assistant is useless.
