@quattro58 @10DowningStreet Maybe because they could be the main bread winner of a family and trying to keep the kids warm fed & clothed..I really don’t think anyone should judge as nobody knows what one persons struggles are. Also the majority of the nhs workforce are B5 and below and earn below 27k pa

@broadhurst54 @10DowningStreet I know nurses work long hours, but the average salary is around £35k a year with good pension schemes. Although it’s not a starting salary, many in the private sector can only dream of these benefits. How can anyone on these salaries claim to be needing food banks?
