Assumption here, based on experience:
Holland is the GM. He's responsible for roster, trades, etc. Thus, he handles the pressers.
Robitaille (as President) was there last yr when GM left. Also attends major events (ie coaching change).

His answer was that he didn't think he got anything wrong but on a follow up about a major shakeup, admitted "I have to build a better team."
