But sentios polls are so unreliable that you might as well ask a magic eight ball (no one except takes them seriously), and novus poll alone is not enough to make any conclusions 😃. You can always count that at the beginning of the month you get Yle's poll, and at the midpoint you get HS' poll. And that's when there are no elections coming up.

40 days until Sweden's election, and we're getting the kind of polling volume you'd expect in 1980... Jesus. Hopefully they'll make up for it with a flood of tracking polls in the final weeks, but for those of us obsessed with the numbers on Election Twitter, this is torture...

Al Ministro degli Esteri spagnolo non rispondo io, ma i numeri. Dal 2023 i migranti irregolari in Italia sono diminuiti del 60% su base annua. Da gennaio a luglio 2026 gli sbarchi sono scesi dell’80% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2023. Gli arrivi irregolari via mare al 15 luglio 2026 sono stati 15.323, -54% rispetto al 2025 e -50% sul 2024. Questi numeri sono il frutto di un duro lavoro, di accordi bilaterali con otto Paesi di origine e transito che oggi promuovono flussi migratori regolari e sicuri e contrastano il traffico di esseri umani. E infatti il nuovo Patto UE su asilo e migrazione ha una marcata impronta italiana, nel solco dell’insegnamento di Silvio Berlusconi e dei governi da lui guidati. Sottolineo invece che tra i migranti arrivati a Ceuta ce ne sono oltre 5000 provenienti dall’area sub-sahariana, che non possono essere rimpatriati o rimandati in Marocco. Che fine faranno? Dove andranno? La decisione di sospendere Schengen, sostenuta da 21 Paesi europei, è in linea con i Trattati ed è quella giusta.
