$WULF - Ripped to $17+ after this PR about 2 weeks ago and here we are down over 25% since then after what I thought was a solid report last night. - Wulf Den & CB-1 online and generating rev. CB-2 on track for end of this year. - Still have organic expansion in 2026-2027+ at Lake Mariner and Cayuga. - Possibly 1-2 additional sites announced by EOY. (Would be pre-leased upon announcement) - Guiding for 250-500 MW critical IT signings per year. So ya $CRWV can miss deadlines and drag the whole market down with them (again), but to me there seems to be no differentiation in the selling today. $WULF is executing - Their Core42 capacity is almost fully online, they are signing new contracts and looking to diversify geographic and customer risk. At ~$12.5 seems like there is little downside from here. With a little execution $25-30 seems pretty likely to me a year from now.

$WULF - Key line in this press release “What began as a single site has matured into a repeatable, credit-enhanced platform model backed by Tier-1 partners” I remember back in the day when people looked at $WULF as a unicorn site (I did too). Now we have a first look at a repeatable and scalable business. Wall street will LOVE THIS.

$WULF I think what Paul does well in this interview is really outline the right tail investment thesis, which I don't think the market is currently pricing in much at all. Basically $WULF has a history of managing power assets/power plants and many, if not all, of their sites are suitable to bring additional generation to the site. Since utilities and regulators are continually pushing for this to keep residential power prices tame, it gives $WULF also be a power provider to their own data center and the grid. This leads to larger revenue from the sale of power and larger revenue because they can offer more MWs to their data center customers. He already said their Maryland Site, once approved by FERC, will be a revenue generating asset due to the 210 MW of operational generation capacity today. If you believe the AI demand curve is real, there is a real opportunity for them to 3-5x contracted NOI by the end of the decade.

We hope you enjoy this conversation with $WULF's CEO, @PaulBPrager, from the Cantor Global Tech & Industrial Growth Conference. Big thank you to @Official_Cantor for allowing us to share the recording of this Fireside Chat with our audience!

@scott_m_powell @elonmusk @grok Grok is currently a 2nd tier llm option. I have openclaw do this exact thing that's run by Openai codex and it works pretty well. Gives me source citations to so I can directly check it if it looks off.

$ASTS $TSLA @elonmusk Every morning I have @grok set up to send me a summary of news on the stocks I hold. Every morning I get something like the picture below which contains stock prices and news events that are completely fictional. Every day I point this out to grok and every day grok apologizes and swears to me that it will “anchor future summaries in fact and real news not its suppositions.” Yet every day it happens again. Be very careful using grok for stock info like this. The data is not actionable based on what I’m seeing. FWIW.

@BussinBiotech @OnodaCapital Make them agree to some demilitarization requirements set by the US and opening of the strait. Doesn’t it seem like we are in the “Art of the Deal” phase? Question is whether Iran wants to come to the table.

But what's the point of the bluff? Make Iran move some AA around their energy infrastructure? I doubt they base their military strategy based of his tweets at this point. I feel like best use of your time and energy is to assume all of his tweets are just noise or him throwing shit at the wall and its just better to pay attention to what stupid shit this admin does rather than what it says.

Bessent earlier: “Sometimes you have to escalate to deescalate” Seems like we are in the “Art of the Deal” phase of this war. Everything he is posting is too theatrical and IMO seems like it’s time to make a deal. The question to me is Iran ready/willing to come to the table.
