cm’s should absolutely have the ability to walk away from a situation before it escalates. I’ve had gu*sts come in angry and give d*ath threats to a cm over BALLOONS. I hate that she was unable to leave, left unprotected and unsupported both during and after this situation.

Unfortunately I learned that this Cm was let go and had 24 hours to leave CP housing. According to her, she was harassed and called racial slurs by this family. I’m very disappointed in Disney with this decision, especially for a company that preaches inclusion.
