Wasn't in this meeting, so can't really add any context. But from the outside looking in, this was the biggest takeaway from it.
Stadium lease sale (related party) plugged big gap in accounts (+/-). Without it, assume it would have been a significant loss & poss. issue re PSR.

Fair to say Newcastle United would have breached PSR without the St James’ Park lease sale, but CFO Simon Capper insists that wasn’t rationale. “The motivation was very much to reorganise our property assets and get them into the correct legal boxes to allow us to go forward with our potential development, either at St James’ Park or for a new stadium, and to facilitate that with financing and other similar items."

Assist (of sorts), but a very quiet two games for the NUFC new boy. Hard to judge, in what was a very poor team performance, but didn't scream line leader, yet.

@LiamJKennedy23 I’m guessing he’s not been bought as a target man. That’s how Germany played him and it didn’t work. Reminded me of Joelinton playing under Steve Bruce. Just lump it up to the big man and hope something will happen. I expect him to drop deeper and wider for us and link up play.
