Once you get past that initial stage where you’re motivated for a couple of weeks and then it drops off, set specific goals for yourself instead of vague ones like “get fit.” aim for something measurable, like “lose/gain 5kg by xx/xx/26.” You can even reward yourself when you hit milestones. After a month or two, it starts to become second nature and you don’t have to rely on motivation as much
