A peace initiative which started in 1934 under Emir Muhammadu Sama of Argungu, this festival was organized during the historic visit of Sultan of Sokoto, Hassan Dan Mu’azu. Yesterday, the 61st edition of the historical festival kickstarted being the day one (1) with different activities like Archery, Catapult Game, Polo Game, Horse, Camel and Donkey Races.

If we’ve a society where men like me and you condemn CHEATING, I mean men cheating on their wives ,we would not have a society where women are rejoicing and applauding Frank Edoho ex wife cheating on him with CHiKE,it’s a painful reaction to what women have been subjected for decades.
Men have tried to make it normal for a man to cheat on his wife and then now women painfully are mirroring that same character and everywhere is on fire.
If you’ve ever used that Myopic lines “MEN ARE POLYGAMOUS IN NATURE “ to justify someone who cheated on his wife then you’re part of the problem and look at the kind of society you’ve all created because of the character of many men.

Life is much more than money but most acts of Ibadah, some of which are compulsory, that can earn you enormous rewards can only be accomplished with money: Hajj, Zakat, Sadaqah, Qurbani, Kaffarah, Fidyah, Umrah, Zakatul fitr, Da’awah etc. Underrating the value of money is an unrealistic idea. Nana Khadijah R.A. was a successful businesswoman and her wealth contributed immensely towards strengthening Islam. May Allah bless us with halal earnings.
