Freezing ears in the middle of March just ain’t right. If we wanted tipped ears we’d calve in January.

@rockhillsranch I would confidently give a lut shot to terminate a pregnancy less than 75 days, after that the female will need an ultrasound confirm and possibly help void the remaining fetus

@rockhillsranch Depending on how far along she is, and if she kicks the pregnancy after the shot she should cycle within 2-3 days…prostaglandin will only have this affect until a certain point in a pregnancy when the fetus is strong enoug, and big enough to overcome that shot

If you give a yearling heifer a shot of lutalyse to terminate a pregnancy, how soon would she cycle back again and would there be any negative effects on repro ability? Serious question. I have a stupid or genius idea and need to figure out which one it is.

@RunRabbits1 @GoJacksSDSU @GoJacksFB @jacks_central Might be in the minority here but the school spent X million on an indoor practice facility followed by spending X million dollars on an outdoor stadium upgrade. Should have just built a climate controlled stadium. I'm not taking my children to a Dec outdoor playoff game.

.@GoJacksSDSU @GoJacksFB @jacks_central should give out hand and foot warmers at the gates for Dec playoff games. Maybe do giveaway for a couple dozen pairs of electric/rechargeable hand warmers throughout the game as well. Cold sucks, but we needs to learn to embrace and use it!
