I’m on a lifetime best 5star first-time film viewing run: Aftersun, The Killer, June December, Saltburn, Velvet Glodmine - only downer: Anatomy of a fall. That final long take (I think single shot?) in Saltburn is instantly in my top 5 all time shots! @usydsace @Sydney_Uni

Finally saw #aftersun and so loved it. Think we’re going to do it with #bicyclethieves on @filmversusfilm. I think the dad enters the rave party of memory in the final shot and that he commits suicide. Does that gel with others? @Sydney_Uni @sace @Cinematologists
