The PhotoRoom team has done an incredible job at making Gen AI an incredible experience. Not only are the generated product images higher quality but they are also generated 10x faster than anyone. It’s an incredibly hard ML task and you can only do this if you own the full ML stack like PhotoRoom. If you don’t master the ML stack, you can’t compete Look at the demo, all the images are generated live. 🏎️🏎️🏎️

I’m told the verified badge will soon require proof-of-life, a sincere recitation of the “I am a human” pledge, and continuous monitoring of your vital signs. This will be in addition to the $8 fee.

In which an engineer paints an apocalyptic scene of Seattle. It's quite insane that the model is only 4.2 GBs. Makes me think that we can get to an AGI with a few tweaks of existing models. andys.page/posts/how-to-d…

Outstanding article on the unreasonable effectiveness of consistency. We struggle to be consistent, and we struggle to get out of local maxima when it comes to our lives, this article explains why
Steph Smith@stephsmithio

I wrote something new. This one was therapeutic to think through, as I've been frustrated with my progress. Instead of focusing on local minima/maxima, achieving a global maximum requires consistency. In being consistent over time, you become the outlier blog.stephsmith.io/how-to-be-grea…
