5/ Good diligence finds concentration. Great diligence finds WHY it exists. Is it a feature (land-and-expand strategy) or a bug (desperation for any customer)? The answer determines whether this is a fixable issue or a structural weakness.

OpenClaw lets me centralize that context and reason on top of it. Think internal analyst + operator. Still early, but already feels like the right abstraction.

I run multiple businesses. Each has docs, processes, numbers, opinions, constraints. Re-explaining that context every time is the real tax.

AI tools are powerful, but context is the bottleneck. I do not need smart. I need knows my world.

I finally stopped duct-taping AI tools together and decided to build my own AI assistant. Using @openclaw + a simple DigitalOcean droplet. Not as a product. Just to remove friction from my daily workflow across multiple businesses. The goal is boring efficiency, not magic. ✨
