$24,000 per year from this simple AI Dentist Voice Agent (and why I'm crazy for giving it away for free) A dental practice was losing $6,000+ in revenue every month from missed after-hours calls. That's 20-25 potential patients walking away because no one was available to book their appointments. So I built an AI voice assistant that handles after-hours dental bookings 24/7 using n8n and ElevenLabs based on internal policies and scheduling availability. Here's what this system does: → Answers calls with a natural-sounding AI receptionist → Collects patient information and insurance details → Checks calendar availability in real-time → Books appointments automatically → Logs all patient details to a Google Sheet The result? This similar AI voice system was sold to a dental practice for $24k per year by another entrepreneur!! This isn't just about dental practices. Any service business losing money from missed calls can implement a similar system. Want the complete n8n workflow template? 1. Retweet & Like this post 2. Comment "ASSISTANT" I'll send you the entire system for free, a full setup walk-through video, including the ElevenLabs automation components.

@HungLee Yep I agree. One stop shopping for any employment need. Simple job post, recruiting/staffing services, all the way through to simple EOR/payroll. Hyper niche focused. One company can do it all.

Staffing agencies, talent marketplaces, job portals …they are all moving closer together. Carcinisation is the name of the game. Cost per client will come down per hire

"My observation is that there will hundreds of recruitment agencies moving across to automated processes in the next few years" Thousands. Experienced individuals at big staffing firms must be thinking the same thing, waiting only for some sort of market recovery before launch

I have a crazy idea: could we build a personal brand for someone in 48 hours? There are so many founders, execs, and experts who have the life experience and knowledge, but no platform. With 2-days perfectly spent I think we could transform their online image. This wouldn't be a workshop or a mastermind. No lectures you on how to build a brand or create content. We wouldn't leave you with homework you’ll never complete or a dream you’ll never realize. Instead you'd just learn by doing. Here's how it would work: 1) We’d send you journaling prompts to get you thinking about your expertise and to give our interviewers a head start. 2) We’d record a 60 minute interview with you telling your story, highlighting your expertise, sharing why you got into business, and more. 3) We’d take you through hands-on-workshops where you’ll work with other attendees to package your expertise, find your unique perspective, speak in soundbites for clips, naturally read from a teleprompter, and more. 4) We’d give you the perfect prompts to turn your perspective into short-form clips. 5) We’d show you how to post, promote, and share your content on social media to get the best engagement, as well as give you the systems to manage it long-term. At the end of 48 hours the final deliverables would be: • A website and newsletter hosted on Kit • A welcome email sequence • Professional headshots • A long-form podcast interview that tells your full story and showcases your expertise • 26 short form video clips to post on social media • A 2-3 minute hiring video (cut from the podcast interview) • A 3-5 minute founding story video (cut from the podcast interview + b-roll) If you post one video per week for 26 weeks that gives you half a year. The best creators don’t just post their content once, they repeat it so you can get a full year of content from a two day investment. And as a final bonus, you’ll meet and grow with a small group of other creators at a similar stage in your journeys. All of this is hosted in Boise at Kit Studios. I think we could take 8-10 experts through this process, using all 5 of our studios. It would require 2 interviewers, a photographer, 3-4 video editors (could be virtual), 2 copywriters, and someone to orchestrate the whole thing. We'd have to charge around $10k for it. It would be a big undertaking, but with the right process these founders/experts would walk out with a completely transformed online presence. What do you think? Another crazy idea or something I should actually pursue?

@mattcharney @spurwar15 Exactly! VMS direct to agency/platform mobile app distribution, enabling near instant hires and automated same day payroll back to the worker via whatever vendor connects the talent the fastest and pays the best/fastest.

@spurwar15 Nah, there are too many compliance risks with B2C - but you’re right. Agencies will become obsolete, because it’s going to become less about who places talent and more about who payrolls them.

The future of recruiting is much more boring than stuff like AI and talent intelligence. It’s going to basically become like category management in procurement, where managing third party vendors will become infinitely more important than managing reqs or candidates.

Is it just me, or is 'Copilot' the only name for an AI tool that recruiting software companies are legally allowed to use? 🤣

Really interesting graphs here covering some of the largest staffing companies combined results over the past few years... And yet the Gig economy is growing at incredible rates in comparison. These are essentially the same business models, just different delivery and pricing

Aggregated figures from publicly traded staffing firms - Robert Half, Page, Korn Ferry, Manpower, Kelly, Randstad - tells a story all recruiters will know by now.

@HungLee And yet the 'Gig Economy' is growing year over year at a CAGR of 16.18%. Is it the Gig platforms that are siphoning the revenue from Staffing? Or something else entirely?
