@TUIUK awful experience with a recent holiday booked through TUI! We were not booked onto the outbound SunExpress flight from Gatwick! Filled the after travel form and we were told to complain to SunExpress I had booked my package through TUI. Left stranded at Gatwick for hours

@bs_sampat I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you had with your recent holiday Bhairvi. Since the flight was operated by SunExpress any complaints related to the flight need to be directed to them. @TUIUK SunExpress told us that we were not on their manifest as TUI had not passed the message over to them therefore it is TUIs fault and we should be taking it up with TUi! I agree! TUI took my money for the holiday not SunExpress!
