@kaiserknuckles7 Love how SE justify mediocrity. I say BULLSHIT. Larian is capable of making Baldur's Gate 3's level of games in under 4 year each. And even if they spend more than that, they know mechanics come first, graphics second. SE only makes FF flashy to impress dumb people.

One thing I realized, and no shade at the sequel discourse: if we consider 7R to not replace the OG, then the only version of FF7 which makes sense vs the compilation is the Remake.
If the OG exists on its own, what is the compilation version of FF7 then? It'd have to be 7R.

@QueenLolipopo So, I’d say, if the core principle is to show Cloud and Tifa interactions, we should only go for their exclusive mandatory scenes that are between these two only and nobody else. Like ones in Kalm, heart to heart in Junon, their talk about Zack in Nibelheim, Gongaga, etc.

@QueenLolipopo I see. You might want to reconsider the Chapter 2 scene as well, since it’s just Tifa worrying, it shows no interaction with Cloud. You also left out the scene in the mines where Tifa jokingly presses Cloud about “standard course”. Tho, it’s pretty much like the majority of ⬇️

@QueenLolipopo Sorry to break it to you, but the very first moment for Ch1 is actually Zack. Iterations on the way to the reactor are fine, but idk if they count as Cloud and Tifa scenes, since they’re not tet-a-tet, Seph, Zack, and grunts are also there. The last two are good to go.

Hope it goes without saying for anybody who played both games that they lock your party every now and then (for no good reason :c )
