@brennovich @n26 Why do we continue to pay for metal and support when @n26 is purportedly disregarding customers and providing terrible support?

I was recently victim of fraud, the scammers managed to have spend 4000€ IN PERSON, IN DUBAI. No need to say that I never went to Dubai. But now @n26 denied my dispute request. I’m customer since I moved to Germany in 2018, pay for Metal. But now they just don’t give a shit

@brennovich @n26 Today, I was a victim of fraud as well; scammers could spend all their funds and try thousands of dollars in transactions. Surprisingly, I could not talk to a human in chat support, so I opened a dispute. But the fun fact is that the card used was inactive @n26
